Jim McKee

A leader in creative sound design for film, Jim has worked on major motion pictures, festival winning independent films, documentaries, as well as popular IMAX productions. As one of the company's founders, he has overseen major changes in sound technology over the years, yet vision of a one-stop shop for all sound continues to thrive as Earwax expands into web-based projects and beyond.

Barney Jones

Barney Jones was born in Istanbul, Turkey. His first ten years of life were spent in the Middle East and Africa, including Nigeria, Syria, Lebanon, and Iran. His earliest musical memories includes the Islamic call to prayer, Humperdink's Hansel & Gretal, and The Peppermint Twist. These early influences constantly crop up in some of Barney's musical work for documentary, installation, and CD-ROM composition.
