One man's search for himself. Jim collaborated with the folks at Skywalker Sound, enriching the aural landscape of the desert island with his vast library of water and wave samples collected from across the globe.

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
Another collaboration with Randy Thom of Skywalker Sound. This cutting edge computer animated feature required a new sound language to match the otherworldly digital images.

Whales
Narrated by Patrick Stewart, this journey through the life of whales has played on IMAX screens throught the world. We also designed the National Wildlife Federation IMAX logo.

Bram Stoker's Dracula
In conjunction with Zoetrope, Earwax was on the Academy-Award winning sound design team of Francis Ford Coppola's 1991 film version of the Bram Stoker novel.

Drought
Lisa Monclure's screen adaption of the play "Drought" is a study of a relationship on the verge of collapse, as a woman comes to terms with her past. It has recently been accepted to the Cannes Film Festival.

SuperNova
This 1999 movie from MGM starred James Spader and Angela Bassett as medics lost in space. Nice Hollywood space candy.
