Originally created for the National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C., this audio tour of Lucas memorabilia, narrated by James Earl Jones, includes the music and effects that made the Star Wars saga so memorable. California Academy of Sciences: Earthquake!
"Earthquake!" is a permanent attraction that lets you experience what it feels like to be in several earthquakes, from small tremors to great ground-shaking quakes. It's located at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

Universal Studios Japan: Woody Woodpecker Kiosk
Be your own director and sound designer with this interactive kiosk on display at Universal Studios Japan. We created both Japanese and English versions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

It's Always Morning -- Somewhere
Jim's most recent foray into the Finnish art community is a sound/visual installation on display at the Finnish National Gallery, mixing images of Tonga with thoughts of the Millennium. Open daily in Helsinki.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

San Jose Tech Museum of Innovation: AT&T Sound Tunnel
This walk through installation mixes sound and history in a unique interactive experience. AT&T opened its archives to Earwax in order to help fully present the past, present, and future of telecommunications.

 
   
     

  

Grayline Audio Tours
Nationally known for its bus tours, Grayline hired Earwax to create a series of audio programs in several languages for the entire Bay Area. Other clients and projects include walking tours of the Steinhardt Aquarium in Golden Gate Park, as well as San Francisco's Chinatown.

 

 

             

 

 

 

  

Disneyland: Tomorrowland Innoventions Pavilion
Earwax contributed effects and design to many features at the Innoventions Pavilion located in Disneyland's Tomorrowland. In line with the attraction concept, the sounds hint at the future of technology and the home.
